Importers, Buyers, and Ocean Carriers can report their own ISF filings. Freight Forwarders, NVOCC’s, and transportation clients can also submit the required import cargo information.
Ocean Carriers, Freight Forwarders, NVOCC and transportation clients are able to file their own AMS filings, protecting their client information and also taking accountably to submit import cargo information 24 hours before vessel loading.
The eManifest System is fully compliant with the Canada Customs 24 hour rule. All service plans include free regulatory updates for active contract customers.
Known as Japan AFR, deployed by Nippon Automated Cargo and Port Consolidation System, INC (NACCS), took effect in March 2014. The Advance Filing Rules requires a vessel operator, master carrier or a NVOCC to electronically submit to Japan Customs information on maritime container cargoes to be loaded on a vessel intended to entry into a port in Japan,in principle no later than 24 hours before departure of the vessel from a port of loading.
The ARTEMUS TS system is directly linked to Panama Canal Business to Business (B2B) Gateway. This gateway is a complete EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) capability offered to trading partners to submit the required information for their vessels’ visits: Cargo Declaration, Crew Declaration, Passenger Declaration. Its designed for the use of the agent (Maritime Agency) and / or the customer (Vessel Shipping Line (Charterer, Operator or owner)). Customers and agents shall be previously authorized by Panama Canal, and a Customer and Agent code shall be assigned.
Our products are located in a “cloud” environment, which is available to our clients 24/7, through all browsers and electronic devices. All products are completely compatible with all third-party transportation providers and portals.
